We really enjoyed our recent stay at Dragonfly Hostels. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square and all the attractions. The showers were hot and had good pressure, making for a refreshing experience. The beds were comfortable and each had its own charging port, making it convenient for us to charge our devices. The socializing area was great for meeting new people, and we enjoyed the various events they organized in the evenings. The free tea all day was a nice bonus, and the wifi worked well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Pepe who gave us great suggestions on what to do in Cusco. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hostel for its excellent facilities and lively atmosphere.

I had a great experience at Dragonfly Hostels. The bar area had a nice, chill vibe where people were hanging out and having a good time. The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from the main plaza and many bars and cafes. The staff were courteous and helpful, going out of their way to remember guest's names. I loved the communal seating area for working and researching. The 6 person dorm room was spacious and warm, with a big locker for valuables and comfortable beds with warm blankets.
WiFi was spotty, but they have a computer there that probably works better if you need it for an emergency.

WiFi is weak and unreliable, especially in the rooms. Small and poorly equipped kitchen, making it difficult to cook.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Pepe. He went above and beyond to assist us with any issue we had, and his knowledge of Cusco and the surrounding area was impressive. The hostel also organizes fun events every night, like beer pong and salsa classes. Although the rooms could get cold at night and the kitchen was a bit poorly equipped, we still enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

I got amazing value for my money at this hostel. The room was comfortable and had a good size, plus I had my own locker. The location was central and convenient. The staff treated me with friendliness, helpfulness, and politeness throughout my stay. The hostel had a great vibe and I met some fantastic people. The food was delicious and surprisingly affordable.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by clearly communicating the time and location for guests to get their breakfast.
